We all have a responsibility

It is important that we recycle so we can use the things we throw away again and not end up in the woods or the streets. Most of the people in Norway are recycling, Plastic, paper, food waste and  waste.  Unfortuantely that's not the case at the schools.  

The teachers are trying to make the pupils think about the enviroment and what we can do to stop environmental disasters. They say we need to do something before it's too late but they don´t do anything about this problem themselves.The only things we recycle on Holtan is paper and waste.  

It´s not like we don´t need it either. At school we have a subject where we cook food and we have a cafeteria. Because we don´t recycle all the food waste, cans and the plastic is thrown away in one dustbin. The school is argues woth that the school don´t have money to recycle everything. Why does the economy come before our invorenment? The school must maybe pay a little extra for the garbage men to empty more containers. But isn´t it worth spending a little more money on something that can save pur invorenment.  

I think it is important thst the teachers goes ahead as a good role model for the pupils. More garbage is thrown away at my school then at my house. That just makes it even more important to recycle at school too. The school already recycles paper and waste so why not recycle the rest of the garbage too? The teachers teach us that it isimportant to take good care of the planet we live on, but they can´t even recycle some garbage into different dustbins.  

We all have a responsibility to take care of the planet that we live on. We young people look up to the adults. That´s why it is very stupid when the teachers talk against themselves when they say it is important to recycle, but they don´t to it themselves.
